Why are the board members required to sign such a thing??? Secrecy, absolute confidentiality of everything? It is clear what can be considered confidential in a non profit, but that is conspicuously absent in this poorly written NDA.

There are limited confidential matters regarding the management of Wurzbach Tower. They include personnel and legal matters, attorney confidentiality unless there is fraud or criminal conduct, and certain information about condo owners like fines, financial info. Nearly 95% of all other condo building business is discoverable, meaning if it can be demanded in a discovery request in Texas, it is NOT confidential. The WT board would be wise to learn this the easy way and start being transparent. We are entitled to know just about everything we choose to or request to know about building maintenance, contractors, costs, repairs, proposals, contracts, finances,discussions etc.
